Laguna Beach BAlcony
This project consisted of remodeling existing balcony with a new custom cable railing system, deck waterproofing in order to accentuate the La Cantina folding doors. Technical requirements: re-enforcing damaged framing, updating electrical lights/ vents to meet fire rating requirements.
